influence of motivational placement and work environment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra generation main unit

This study aims to determine the effect of Placement Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Generation Main Unit in Southern Sumatra. The research design uses causality method with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. object is employees, a total 106 employees. collection that authors use this questionnaire carried out technically using Google Forms. results showed Placement, Motivation, positively significantly affected UIKSBS Employees. Furthermore, among three independent variables study, Variable has more dominant influence Variable, namely 0.411 (Positive) variable. In contrast, remaining are 0.271 Motivational 0.238 (Positive).
